| Items are shipped via United States Postal Service by Drapp Studios in Tulsa, OK. Shipping of our orders is done weekly. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery. Inquiries placed before two weeks may not receive a response. If you do have an inquiry please address it to Kim Drapp at kim@drappstudios.com. Insurance is not provided as damaged items will be replaced at no charge to customers. International orders will be shipped Air Mail and may take considerably longer. Please allow up to six weeks. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a working and secure address. A second order will gladly be sent only after a second payment in full has been received.
